Backfill past days from a date-range export (Thong Kee · Foodie · TSLAW · Keespresso). Creates one record per outlet per day. You can pick several files at once.
⏱ Hourly import
Drop the hourly Sales Summary exports — a single day (12 am … 11 pm) or a multi-day range (date + hour columns), one outlet each. See the hour-by-hour curve, then save. This also counts toward your Dashboard sales — but if you upload the daily file for that same day, the daily file wins (no double-count).

📋 Item report — Thong Kee · TSLAW · Keespresso
Drop the Category Sales (Count) exports — pick several at once, each outlet is detected by its Business Name. Thong Kee must go one period at a time; its modifier file only matches one date range.
Add the Modifiers (Count) and Items (menu) exports and each set is counted as the drink and food it actually served. The Items menu is remembered, so day to day the two Count files are enough. The report itself opens on the Items tab.
